1. What is the quality, material and style of the trial jewelry?
Answer: The trial jewelry is based on Amazon. This includes but is not limited to raw materials, craftsmanship, style and price. Copyright is respected, but the styles are similar
2. Why give away a diamond testing pen?
Answer: The diamond testing pen ensures that the quality of each piece of jewelry strictly meets the requirements.
3. Why is the jewelry deposit exempted?
Answer: Every trial item sent out has objective risks of damage and loss. And we mainly operate mid-to-high-end jewelry services. The only reason for exempting the deposit at this stage is: We believe in the quality of our members. We bear a lot of risks.
4. Why provide maintenance service every 3 years?
Answer: Each piece of jewelry has been strictly inspected and can be tried normally without professional maintenance. However, jewelry made of various materials is inevitably oxidized, corroded, bumped or worn. These are uncontrollable factors. We can only provide some basic maintenance services to the best of our ability. The most important thing is to pay attention to these common sense when wearing and storing it daily.

5. Why only PAYPAL is provided as a payment method?
Answer: Each payment platform is different. We believe that: PAYPAL’s mechanism can protect the rights and interests of both parties fairly and reasonably, especially the 180-day buyer’s rights protection policy. At the same time, PAYPAL also has the largest market user group.
6. My trial jewelry is damaged or lost, what should I do?
Answer: We don't like this situation. With some care, it almost never happens. The depreciation of the item during normal use is protected by a depreciation repair fee of $5/month, so there is no need to worry too much. If the item is damaged but can be repaired, both parties will negotiate a reasonable repair cost based on the situation. If the item is severely damaged it cannot be used or is lost. The two parties will negotiate the compensation price, and the damaged items do not need to be returned. If the member is unwilling to take responsibility, we will terminate the membership service and no refund will be made.
7. What should I do if I want to withdraw from the membership after 30 days?
Answer: 30 days is enough time to get to know each other. Withdrawals after 30 days will be rejected. However, you can transfer the membership to another friend.
8. Why may logistics take 9-25 days?
Answer: The main reason is that we are not standard products on the sales assembly line. Trial samples may be in the hands of different members in different regions, or they may be in the reserve warehouse. This requires coordination. Coupled with the logistics time, the timeliness is not high.
9. What are the specific differences between the two memberships?
Answer: Both have exclusive trial product libraries. However, members with $299 can trial items with $199, while members with $199 can only trial exclusive items. Everything else is the same. The market price of $299 member-exclusive trial products will be higher and the quality will be better.

10. How to pay for the monthly depreciation and repair fee of the trial items?
Answer: During the trial month, the payment will be transferred on a monthly basis. No trial, no payment

13. When experience items expire, new experience items must be confirmed by email between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
14. If you receive an item you don't like, contact us by email within 3 days to replace it, and the right to experience it will be consumed.
